Prime Position / Pillar Stewardship

Seven positions. Seven pillars. One six-month mandate each.

We don't just connect people to opportunity. We track what happens after the connection.

Prime Position / Pillar Stewardship

The Prime Position Auction, seven positions, seven pillars, seven opportunities to move the value chain.

Every pillar carries a six-month Pillar Anchor. The auction determines who holds that position for the cycle. The winning organisation receives a formal 6-Month Pillar Stewardship Mandate rather than sponsorship, and its winning contribution becomes part of a transparently reported Kgolo Opportunity Fund directed at developmental projects inside that pillar.

We don't just connect people to opportunity. We track what happens after the connection.

What the Pillar Anchor is actually buying

01

Category ownership

For six months the organisation is the recognised Pillar Anchor for that category inside the Kgolo ecosystem, named in every reference to the pillar.

02

Curated ecosystem access

Structured introductions to the members that matter for that pillar, not generic networking lists.

03

Six-month Pillar Deal Room

A dedicated digital and physical pipeline of qualified opportunities aligned to the pillar. Twelve opportunities requiring capital, not five thousand company names.

04

Pillar Intelligence

A six-month report covering members, businesses onboarded, projects registered, opportunities identified, capital required, capital committed, partnerships created, jobs influenced, procurement opportunities, geographic distribution, transformation and community participation.

05

Thought leadership

Kgolo content, LinkedIn features, industry interviews, webinars, roundtables, pillar reports, case studies, events and media. Category authority, not a logo on a backdrop.

Kgolo Opportunity Ledger

A transparent view of what is available in each pillar

A 10% administration fee is allocated to the platform for management and development of the network. The balance becomes opportunity capital inside that pillar. Capital is only shown as available once it is ring-fenced under the programme rules.
