Terms & Conditions

Last updated 2026. These terms apply to every visitor and member of the Kgolo Network platform across Africa and the Middle East.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Kgolo Network you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business.

2. Membership and billing

Every membership starts with a 14-day free trial. After that, you are billed monthly based on the selected membership, excl. VAT for the annual, and billed monthly plan. Monthly plans also available, you can change or cancel your plan at anytime, plans run on a yearly cycle and will be cancelled after the yearly cycle has been completed.

Fee applies if you cancel 14 days after your free trial ends. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

A free plan is also available. It lists you for our newsletter and event updates only, confirms that you are open to marketing material from the platform and its partners, and does not include directory, mine index, deal room or tender access. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@samca.co.za.

Payments are processed by our payment partner Paystack. We do not store card details.

3. Event listings, verification and ticket fees

The event calendar is open to everyone. Any registered user, whether a viewer or a paid member, may submit an event listing free of charge. Listings are not published automatically. Every submission is verified by our team by email at info@samca.co.za, and approved events are updated on the calendar within 24 hours of approval. We may decline or remove any listing at our discretion.

By submitting a paid or ticketed event you agree that ticket sales are processed through the Kgolo Network payment account with Paystack, and that 3% of ticket sales is credited to the platform as a service fee. The balance, less payment-processor charges, is settled to the organiser after the event. Organisers remain responsible for the event itself, for attendee communication, for any refunds, and for their own tax obligations, including VAT where applicable.

Organisers are responsible for the accuracy of ticket pricing, capacity and event information, and for compliance with the laws of the country in which the event is held.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate business information, to keep your login credentials secure, and not to misuse the platform, scrape data, resell access, publish unlawful or misleading content, or interfere with the service or other members.

5. Listings, events and tenders

Members are solely responsible for the content they publish, for the accuracy of their listings, and for the commercial terms they agree with other members. Kgolo Network is a discovery and introduction platform only. We are not a party to, agent for, or guarantor of any transaction, tender, appointment, ticket sale or contract between members.

We may edit, suspend or remove any listing or account that breaches these terms or applicable law.

6. Information accuracy

Mine, operator, funding, skills and market information is compiled from public and member-supplied sources, may be incomplete or out of date, and must be independently verified before you rely on it. Nothing on this platform is financial, legal, investment or professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law and any other applicable law, Kgolo Network, its owners, directors, employees and partners accept no liability whatsoever for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profit, business, contracts, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, from any dealing with another member, or from reliance on any content published here.
